I was just there..I ...I would do all 3 if possible. I was just there..I couldn't get past 189. I started not eating after 5:30pm and it REALLY helps. I know it sounds awful, but it's not that bad. I eat 3 meals a day, & a snack. Not eating after 5:30 or even 6, lets you burn the calories off before you go to bed, otherwise, when you wake up you have to burn off your dinner than that day. Anyways, I went back to this because it worked for me the summer I got married and it's working now. I was down 2 pounds. I want to challenge you to try it! :) keep it up! & an 11 min mile!? OMW you are lighting. and bootcamp?
