It's not so much that they hurt, it's that I can't find my balance and have a hard time doing them. <br /><br />I love feeling sore. Odd, I know but you know when your body is sore change is happening. Good job on the treadmill, it's so much harder running the tready then the streets. <br /><br />And most importantly, I'm glad your hubby is at the gym too.
