You guys.
My half marathon is in three days.
13.1 miles.
I'm Freaking Out.
I'm so stinking worried that I won't make the time limit.
That I'll let somebody down because I don't run the whole thing.
Because let's face it, I'll be walking. A lot.
And I'm kind of bummed because I don't think that I'll have time to stop and take pictures with any characters, because then for sure I wont make the time limit.
But at least we're getting a family vacation out of it.
And it will always be the Happiest Place on Earth!

Hey! Quit it!
If you're already thinking that you'll be walking "a lot," then you will be walking a lot. Don't think that way. Push yourself. Think that you're going to kick some serious ass.
That way, you're more likely to do so.
You've got this!
You've got this, girl! Even if you walk the entire thing, you're still a half marathon finisher - it's about the distance, not the speed or the means of getting from start to finish. You're going to do great!!!
Think of all the people sitting on their couches that would never even dream of signing up for a half marathon. There are so many who wouldn't even sign up for a 5K let alone a half marathon. I am inspired by your desire to do it. And I believe in you! You won't be letting anybody down. Just do your best and keep telling yourself "I'm a half marathoner!" the whole way. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. :) And walking is not evil....just do it to catch a breather and then run when you feel you can again. I'm excited for you!!

If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. =)
