I am so overwhelmed by everything right now, I'm finding it hard to focus.
Overwhelmed by how much weight I still have to lose.
Overwhelmed by sick kids.
Overwhelmed by the mess that used to be my house.
Overwhelmed by schedules and trying to stick with them.
By the subpoenas, and the babysitting, and the antibiotics, and the bootcamp, and the calorie counting.
And what I have to show for it is two new jars of flavored peanut butter and a mommy that continually yells at her children.

Aww kendra, sounds like you could use a little me time, or dinner with a girlfriend. My life has been beyond stressful the last 3 months but things are slowly calming down. One day, one hour, one bite at a time. Hang in there.

YoU are not alone. I totally feel you. It's hard. I think you should just take a brake. Take a brake and just focus on nothing but you and your family. Don't worry about the house. One chore at a time. My house is constantly a reminder that I am not a good housekeeper! lol Take a few days or a week off from the weight loss world! It's sometimes very refreshing.
