Husband stopped on his way home from work to pick up a couple of things for dinner.
Somehow, we had an added surprise in the bag when he got home.
And so it begins.
The candy. The treats. The comfort food. The smells of cinnamon and apples, and all of those yummy baking smells.
This is the time of year that I wish they sold willpower in a bottle. I would buy it by the case.

It is a difficult time of year. I agree, but really it's no different there is always something going on BBQ, thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Birthday.... Try thinking of it as a time to learn new habits, moderation. Personally, I'm going to miss summer and all the fresh fruits but I have enjoyed a few bowls of warm soup in this cooler weather. :)
This IS the worst time of year. But you can do it! Remember moderation is key!! And if you come across willpower in a bottle let me know where I can find it. :)

If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. =)
